Crew Family
A roster-sharing app built for flight attendants and the people who care about them.

Every month, when the new roster comes out, it's the same routine: send screenshots to your family, explain box by box that “LO means a layover, ADO means a day off”, answer “So when are you back?” — and when the roster changes, explain it all over again.
Crew Family turns all of that into one step: drop in a roster screenshot, and in ten seconds it becomes a calendar anyone can read. Flight times, layovers, days off and standby are all spelled out in plain words automatically (the app is currently in Traditional Chinese). Once your family join with a pairing code, your schedule syncs to their phones in real time — when your roster changes, everyone knows automatically, without you explaining a word.
1 | Understand — every duty code is spelled out in words, and each flight automatically gets its departure and arrival times, time difference and aircraft type, so you no longer look flights up one by one on flight-tracking sites. Currently supports EVA Air (BR) rosters; other airlines coming. Crew at other airlines can build their roster manually.
2 | Sync — family and friends follow your schedule in real time. You can also sync it to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar in one tap, and show it in TimeTree; roster changes update automatically (Can I sync to TimeTree?).
3 | Peace of mind — push notifications whenever your roster changes, and trip reminders that help you time things right before departure and on the day you come home.
Shift-swap matching — find colleagues willing to swap duties with you, instead of searching through group chats.
