Crew Family
繁體中文 | English
Q: Which airlines' rosters can be parsed?
Currently supports EVA Air (BR) rosters; other airlines coming. Crew at other airlines can build their roster manually.
Q: I'm not a flight attendant. Can I use it?
Yes! Family and friends join for free as “followers”. Enter the pairing code your flight attendant gives you and you'll see their schedule in real time — no need to understand any roster codes.
Q: How can my family see my roster?
Issue a pairing code from the Share page (分享) in the app, and ask your family to enter it after downloading the app. From then on, every change to your roster syncs to them and notifies them automatically.
Q: How do I sync to my calendar?
Get the subscription link in the app and add it to your iPhone Calendar or Google Calendar. Roster updates sync automatically — nothing to maintain by hand.
Q: Can I sync to TimeTree?
Yes. TimeTree can't subscribe to a roster link directly, but it can display the Google or Apple calendars on your phone, so it takes three steps:
After that, roster changes show up in TimeTree automatically (usually within a few hours). What you see in TimeTree is read-only — to change your roster, go back to Crew Family.
Q: I'm not getting notifications. What should I do?
Please check two things: ① notifications for Crew Family are allowed in your phone's system settings; ② in the app, turn Settings → Notifications (設定→通知開關) off and on again. Still having trouble? Contact us through our official LINE account.
Q: A flight is missing from my parsed roster, or its time is blank?
For a few late-night red-eye or extra flights, the flight database occasionally has no times. Tap “Edit” (編輯) on that flight to fill them in by hand; everything else keeps working. We keep improving data coverage.
Q: Where do flight times and aircraft data come from?
Flight data comes from three sources: the scheduled flight timetables and airport real-time flight information from the Transport Data eXchange (TDX) of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC), Taiwan; the real-time flight information (FIDS) provided by the Civil Aeronautics Administration / Taoyuan International Airport Corporation; and AeroDataBox. TDX and FIDS data are used under the Open Government Data License, version 1.0 (Ministry of Transportation and Communications, 2026). Lookups use only the flight number and date and contain no personal data. The current rule applies only to roster times that still exist and those obtained from now on; flight data removed in the past will not be looked up again or restored.
Q: Is my data safe?
You sign in only with a Google/Apple account — no separate password. Data is encrypted in transit and in storage, and only the followers you authorize can see your roster. See our Privacy Policy.
Q: How do I delete my account?
Delete it yourself anytime under Settings → Delete account (設定→刪除帳號) in the app; your data will be removed from our servers.
